If I get a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing them exactly what they need. However, if you receive a wrong product, you can certainly raise a request for replacement.

I am having trouble placing an order on my computer, do you take phone orders?

I need to change my order, who can help me with this?

In case you’ve chosen the wrong model or variant or a product accidentally got into your cart and you didn’t recognize it but you’d followed through with the payment. Please send us an email to [email protected] to make your corrections.

What if there Late or Missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. How do I place my order?

Can I add items once my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed, you cannot add any further items. However, you can place a new order for the additional items.
